I have been a recruiter for 8 years and have covered different industries and sectors. The first 3 years have been in Germany; since 2019, I have been based in Japan.

KPI要件が少なく、日本や海外のプロジェクトに携わることができる部分に魅力を感じて転職を決めました。

小さな会社であるため、サポートはほとんどなく、DIYの姿勢が非常に重要です。そのため、やる気を出し、計画通りに物事が進まない場合でも継続しました。
As the company is small, there is almost no support and a DIY attitude is very important. In addition to be self-motivated and to keep going in case things do not go as planned.
